Dinçsoy, who started his career as an auditor at PwC Turkey, has been active in PwC throughout his career in Germany and Turkey. He was accepted into the partnership of the Turkey office in 2000. Dinçsoy has served at various levels, as a consulting services leader,
as a member of the Turkey board of directors, and as a Member of the board of PwC Europe Consulting.
His main areas of expertise are mergers and acquisitions, management consultancy valuation services and corporate finance services. In this context, he has taken a leading role in financial M&A consultancy, private equity fund consultancy, public-private partnership/project finance consultancy, restructuring consultancy and large-scale digital transformation projects.
