Ferik started his career as a Finance Inspector and worked at various levels in Arthur Andersen’s Turkey office for many years after he left public service. He served as an Andersen Company partner, Tax Auditor and Advisory Services Leader, and an Ernst & Young, Turkey, Company Partner, Tax, Audit and Advisory Services Leader. He still continues to provide tax consultancy services to Turkey’s leading domestic and foreign companies.
Domestic and international tax consultancy services, iron, steel, energy, manufacturing and logistics sectors, free zone and port legislation practices, restructuring group companies (mergers and acquisitions, exchange of stock and similar structuring and restructuring, consultancy, auditing, and support services).
